Identified - Due to a sudden power outage caused by a faulty oil temperature gauge at the South ARC substation, 68 miners went offline. Our onsite team is investigating the issue and will share updates as more information becomes available.

Update - We wanted to share an update regarding the relocation. There is a slight delay in the initial redeployment timeline.
The miners from Iowa 2 are now offline and are en route to the next hosting facility. Barring any additional unforeseen delays, the miners are expected to be online at the new Compass Mining facility by April 13.

Monitoring - We wanted to share an update regarding the Ohio 2 facility. The relocation process is currently underway, and miners at this location are being safely powered down in preparation for transfer to a new hosting facility in Texas 8.
672 miners have already been uninstalled and will arrive in Texas 8 this week. These units will be energized as soon as possible.
Temporary miners have been assigned based on availability.
We understand this transition may cause temporary disruption, and we truly appreciate your patience and understanding. Once your miners have been relocated and brought back online, our Remote Operations team will notify you right away.
