Texas 1 - Relocation
Monitoring - Almost all Texas 1 miners have been relocated. The remaining ~500 units will soon be shipped out for redeployment to other hosting facilities.

Identified - In preparation for our exit from the Texas 1 facility, we have begun winding down operations and relocating miners to another Compass facility in the U.S. The estimated timeline for completion is 6-9 weeks.

We anticipate that relocated miners will begin coming online at their new facility starting in January 2025.

Texas 6 - Site Maintenance
Update - All miners have been moved from the container affected by the down transformer.
Onsite technicians are continuing to work through and troubleshoot miners and perform site maintenance to improve overall performance.

Update - There is a slight shipping delay in acquiring the necessary components to perform the needed repair. An more granular updated timeline will be provided once the parts arrive to the facility.

Identified - A transformer providing power to a portion of the facility experienced a failure. Electricians are in the process of troubleshooting and acquiring necessary components to repair and restore power to the facility. It's estimated that power will be restored by the week of March 17th, although final testing is needed once the needed components are replaced on the transformer.

Texas 3/Nebraska 1 - Relocation
Resolved - The relocation of over 20,000 mining units is almost complete, with only 70 units left to be moved.

Update - Approximately 2500 relocated units have been redeployed to the Iowa facility, with the remaining Texas 3 miners planned for deployment in Nebraska. The Nebraska facility is expected to start coming online starting September 15th. In the meantime, we will do our best to accommodate temp requests and also assign temp miners proactively to get customers awaiting relocation back online and hashing as soon as possible.

Identified - As communicated via email in May, we have arranged to relocate your Texas 3 and Nebraska 1 miners to another Compass facility in the US. The relocation process has now commenced and will involve several steps: de-racking, transportation, cleaning, testing, and re-racking at the new facility.

We estimate this process will take 6-8 weeks. However, please note that it could take slightly longer if any repairs are needed. We expect the relocated miners to start coming back online at their new location in August.

Our Monitoring team will promptly notify you once your miner is operational at the new facility.
