Manitoba 2 and 9 relocation is complete. Any customers who have opted to relocate their miner but do not see their miner online, please contact support for assistance.

We are currently compiling all miners that are ready to be shipped from Canada to the U.S. While there is no confirmed ETA yet, we are in the process of finalizing the shipment list. This batch will include miners from customers who opted for relocation and have signed the waiver. We have sent follow-up communications to customers who have not yet signed the waiver in order to include them in the shipment schedule.

For customers still waiting on the miner swap offer, we will provide further updates once the swap units are available and the offers have been added to their respective accounts.

We appreciate your cooperation and understanding during this transition.
